[TODO — placeholder devlog body] The hardest thing about a horror demo isn't the scares. It's deciding what NOT to show. The whole point of a demo is to make someone want the full thing — which means you have to be willing to leave the best moments locked behind a future build.
We spent the last six months trimming Shelf Life until it could only be described in one sentence. That sentence is: 'You work the night shift, and the night shift works back.'
