[TODO — placeholder devlog body] When we started this studio we made a rule: every game we ship has to feel like a cabinet you'd cross the room for. Not a Steam page, not a roadmap, not a Kickstarter — a cabinet. Something with a light on top, an inviting screen, and a coin slot you understand immediately.

That rule is harder than it sounds. The default state of a small studio is to chase whatever the publisher demands or the algorithm rewards. The cabinet rule keeps us honest. If we can't picture it under a marquee with a name in lights, it's not the game.

This devlog is a record of the floor: what we're lighting up, what we're tearing apart, and which ghosts we keep finding in our code.
